You can send your order by e-mail to the e-mail address
info@amphore.gr by filling in the following information:
1. The product code
2. The quantity
3. Your full name
4. Your address
5. Your phone
And we will contact you for the necessary clarifications and delivery time.
2. Order Payment
The available payment methods to pay for your order are:
2.1 Payment by credit or debit card (VISA – MASTERCARD)
2.2 Bank account deposit
You can deposit the money for your orders to one of the following bank accounts by sending the proof of deposit via email to info@amphore.gr.

The reason for the deposit must include the order number
3. Receipt – Delivery of orders
3.1 For shipping orders outside of Athens, the delivery of the goods is made to a transport agency of the customer’s preference without any charge to the headquarters of the relevant agency in Athens, the transport costs of the agency are borne by the recipient and vary depending on the volume of goods.
3.3 Sending orders with a recipient’s fee is charged at €5 per order by the Courier of our choice, orders over €60 are sent free of charge.
3.5 The goods are transported on behalf and under the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Changes – Returns
4.1 Changes – Product returns are only made if they are in their original packaging no later than within 14 days from the date of purchase and after inspection and approval by AMPHORE ATHENES (GRIGORATOS AGATHANGELOS)
4.2 The transport of the products for return – exchange and vice versa is done at the buyer’s responsibility and expense.
5. Packaging & Products
5.1 The goods are sent in their original packaging.
5.2 The colors of the products may have slight deviations from the photos on the website, the company bears no responsibility for these deviations.
